Terms of use

These terms cover minimarbleruns.com and everything on it (the generator, gallery and share links), run by Capital Coders Inc. (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. Using MiniMarbleRuns

• You can design, simulate and download marble runs without an account.
• Don’t overload, scrape, attack or try to break the site, and don’t use it for anything illegal or harmful.
• We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. The marble runs you make

• Personal use (Free and Pro): you may print the models you generate for yourself, as gifts, and for non-profit use in classrooms, libraries and clubs.
• Selling prints (Commercial licence): selling physical prints, or using them in paid products or services, requires an active Commercial licence. While it is active you may sell unlimited physical prints of runs you design, and prints sold while it was active stay licensed.
• Not allowed with any plan: selling, sharing or bundling the generated digital files (STL, 3MF and similar) as your own product, or reselling or copying the generator.
• The MiniMarbleRuns name and logo belong to Capital Coders Inc.. Don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse your product.

3. The gallery and shared runs

• When you publish a run you let us show it publicly (name, author name, thumbnail and settings) and let others open, remix and download it under these terms.
• Don’t publish names or text that are offensive, infringe someone else’s rights or contain personal information about other people.
• We may remove any run or block abusive use at our discretion. To take down your own run, contact support.

4. Printing and safety

• The physics simulation and printability checks are estimates. Real results depend on your printer, filament, settings and marbles. We recommend printing the test piece first.
• Marble runs are not toys for young children. Marbles, steel balls and magnets are choking hazards, and swallowing more than one magnet can cause serious injury. Keep them away from children under 3, and supervise children under 8.
• Models aren’t designed or tested for safety-critical, structural or engineering use.

5. Plans, payments and refunds

• Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features for as long as MiniMarbleRuns offers them. It is for personal use as described above.
• Commercial licence is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the pricing page; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Licences are delivered as a licence key. Keep it private and don’t share it publicly; we may revoke keys that are shared or abused.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, and any taxes are shown at checkout.
• Refunds: if you’re not happy, contact support within 14 days of a purchase or renewal for a full refund. Refunded licences are deactivated. This doesn’t limit any refund rights you have by law.
• Tips are voluntary gifts and don’t buy a product or service.

6. No warranty

The site and everything it generates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available, error-free or that a model will print or run successfully.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Capital Coders Inc. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost filament, printer time, damaged equipment or failed prints. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or CA$20 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, and using the site afterwards means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
